We are a disability charity based in Hampshire, England, supporting over 6,000 disabled people every year to live, work and enjoy life!  

Over the last 100+ years, we've helped more than 250,000 disabled people from all walks of life to live, work, and enjoy life...their way!

Whether it's through community and wellbeing sports and activities, supported employment in our social enterprises, or the independence of an accessible home, we are determined that disability will never act as a barrier to leading a full life.
