My Story

Thank you for clicking on my sponsorship page. I will be forever indebted to the Team at Great Ormond Street ❤️ for the care and treatment that they gave to me, as a child I was treated for a rare skin disease called 'Morphoea' which affected my head & face; treatment involved many years of Chemotherapy. Thanks to GOSH, my face was saved - now it's time for me to step up and give something back to a wonderful Charity and cause which is so close to my heart.

Every day, young lives hang in the balance as patients, families and staff battle the most complex illnesses. Every day, the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs that change the lives of thousands of children – and change the world, your donation will contribute to saving the lives of incredibly poorly children.

Despite the greatest challenges a child can face, the hospital is a place where being sick does not always mean being sad. And it’s a place where you’ll find – today and every day – some of the bravest people you could ever meet.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, and every day is a chance for you to make a difference.

I'm taking part in the 2024 TCS London Marathon with TeamGOSH, and by sponsoring me, you are making a difference to the lives of seriously ill children, so thank you ❤️‍🩹
