I certainly don't have the build for it at 6'4 and 100kg but here we are, facing down the barrell of the London Marathon 2024. I've also set an ambitious and probably naive target time of sub 4 hours. Lol.
What a challenge.
I'm fortunate enough to be able to run for an amazing charity; British Heart Foundation. BHF have a vision of a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases, which affect 7.4 million people in the UK, and your donations will help BHF keep up the pace of their research to keep hearts beating and blood flowing. Definitely a cause that will keep me motivated through the cold winter months of training runs.
