My Story

Dear Family, Friends and Supporters, 

I am so thrilled that I'll be running the London Marathon on Sunday 21st April 2024, with a fundraising target of £1000 for the Mind charity. Mental health is a cause very close to my heart; having lived with and been affected by it from an early age, I understand the profound impact it can have. 

In the UK, mental health is a significant concern, with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem each year. The importance of organisations like Mind cannot be overstated, they provide immense support and resources to individuals across the country. 

As you may also know, I have recently completed a half marathon in mid-November, which has definitely cemented my commitment to the running journey. Now, with less than a week to go until the London Marathon, I'm eager to push my limits physically and all the while raise awareness for mental health. Your support means the world to me, and more so to those who will benefit from Mind's invaluable work. 

Sooo, let's make a difference together. Your contribution, whether big or small, WILL help Mind continue their vital efforts in supporting mental health across the UK.
