My Story

It's an awful reality that everyone knows someone affected by cancer, and I am unfortunately no different.

Over the past few months, I’ve become strikingly aware of the power of life-changing research and testing to ensure the ones we love the most stay around for as long they should.

Breast Cancer Now and its partners are undertaking critical research to help find a cure for not only breast cancer, but as part of the collective impact all research makes in preventing all types of cancer.

Not only that, BCN provide transformative care to those who are diagnosed with breast cancer, as well as campaigning for better support and resources within hospitals and other medical facilities. Its inclusive and wide-reaching work is truly inspiring, and is there for anyone who needs, whenever they need it.

I’m running the London Marathon in April 2024 in support of BCN and for those closest to me affected.
