My Story

In April 2024 I will be running the The London Marathon for the housing and homelessness charity - Shelter. I have never run more than 27km so this is going to be a huge challenge for me. Training has already started now we are into 2024 and my legs are already aching!! 

Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreicated! :) 

Shelter believe that a safe home is a fundamental right. There are currently 17.5 million trapped in the housing emergency. The housing system right now is unaffordable, unfit, unstable and discriminatory. As a result, the situation is a national emergency. Lives are being ruined by the failure of successive governments to build the homes we need.

Your donations could be used to answer an emergency call from a family who are facing the fear of being made homeless, help to pay for legal advice to help a family in crisis keep their home and to advocate for access to secure and permanent homes for everyone.
