My Story
Weclome to my fundraing page for the 2024 London Marathon.
My name is Greg Priddy and in Nov 2020 I was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour (PCNS Lymphoma). During my treatment my son William (13 at the time), ran a mile a day for a year along with other challenges including running the 2021 virtual marathon in our Garden raising over £14k for Brain Tumour research. He has inspired me to do the same.
Following high dose Chemo and a stem cell transplant I am thankfully now in remission, I am one of the lucky ones! Unfortunately prognosis for Brain Tumours has not progessed and it kills more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer. We have made lots of friends over the journey and sadly lost some as well to this awful disease.
£2450 funds a full day of research, please help me in raising as much as we can to help in the research for a cure for this terrible disease.
Thank you for your support, it means the world to me and my family.
