My Story

Hi Everyone! As many of you may know, I was a bone marrow transplant nurse and coordinator for several years in New York City. Part of my job was to work with international donor registries like Anthony Nolan to find unrelated stem cell donor matches for my patients with blood cancer and hemoglobinopathies.

I am running the 2024 London Marathon alongside my Dad as he completes his final World Marathon and to raise money to increase awareness and help diversify the donor registry. I am very passionate about this charity and truly appreciate any type of donation.

A little about the charity, Anthony Nolan: 

Every day, Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. We do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. We also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond. We won’t stop until we save the lives of everyone who needs a stem cell transplant. Every penny you donate brings us closer to that day.
