My Story

This year I have decided to take part in the London Marathon 2024 for an amazing charity; Children with Cancer UK. 

Running the London Marathon is always something that I have wanted to do so I feel incredibly lucky that this charity has offered me a place.

Every year Children with Cancer UK provide invaluable support to children, young people and families. Each year around 4,200 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer in the UK; that is around 10 children diagnosed every day. This charity funds life saving support, carries out research into causes as well as developing better, kinder treatments. They also support families by arranging 'amazing days out' or organising accommodation so that families can be closer to hospitals amongst many other ways they support families both emotionally and financially. 

As a parent myself I cannot imagine having to go through this. So if you can, I would be incredibly grateful for your donation and support towards Children With Cancer UK.
