My Story

I'm excited to announce that I'm running the 2024 London Marathon wearing a Gask Mask to raise money for the Royal Marines Charity.
The mask reduces the ability to take in air, is front weighted which puts strain on your neck, reduces visibility with condensation and sweat buildup, creates chafing and bruising from bouncing on your nose and chin and lastly it makes taking on food and water frequently very challenging.

The Royal Marines Charity is passionate about the support we provide to the whole Corps Family. They offer a range of assistance aimed at serving and former Royal Marines and their dependents. This includes mental health support, respite breaks, grants to help with financial difficulty and getting about inside and outside the home.
