My Story

To my family, friends, and colleagues, I am looking for your support to help raise money for the Phab Organization.

This organization encourages young adults with and without disabilities to participate in community activities while supporting them and encouraging them to develop life skills. I will be participating in the London Marathon in April 2024. There are many Phab clubs throughout England. Please help me to support a wonderful cause.

 I appreciate any amount that you could give. Phab inspires and supports disabled and non-disabled children, young people, and adults, to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for all involved to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side.

Phab Clubs - There are around 130 Phab clubs all over England and Wales, with 8,000 members, bringing disabled and non-disabled children, young people, and adults together with friends and family for all kinds of activities and social events.

Phab residential adventures - These are held at fully accessible outdoor centers where everyone attending can participate in a wide variety of activities. Everyone can build confidence, self-esteem, and independence and learn new practical and personal skills, whilst making friends and having a huge amount of fun.
