My Story

On the 21st April I will be running the 2024 London Marathon in aid of Young Lives vs Cancer. This is a charity that is very close to my heart for the support they gave a close friend of mine, Jake Whiteside, who sadly passed away from cancer in 2017, aged 16. Jake was a truly brilliant friend, and was and still is loved by so many. The support that Young Lives vs Cancer gave Jake and his family during his year of treatment made a monumental difference.

With week 2 of my training plan complete, I have given myself the ambitious target to run the marathon is under 4 hours! Let the challenging training programme begin!
