My Story

Hi all

I have decided to run one more marathon I did this a few years ago and loved every minute of it not only the training but the fantastic atmosphere on the day.

Those that know me know that once I set my mind on something I will achieve it .

This time I am running for a great cause in the National deaf Children's society and this is a charity close to my heart, my God Daughter Ruby was diagnosed as being deaf at a very young age and to watch her grow into a lovely human being and showing me that being deaf is not a disability but a gift.

I have seen her have numerous operations over the years and has knocked each way to one side and continued her journey in life.

I want to run as strong and as fast as I can and raise as much money as possible so that I can add to a pot of gold and help other children be the success they deserve.
