My Story

I am running the London marathon 2024 in aid of Ty hafan, some of you will know I have a personal connection to Ty hafan but for those who don't this is why.

Ty hafan is a children's hospice in Cardiff and my younger brother was able to be part of the Ty hafan family an number of years ago. The care he received was second to none and it made a massive difference to his life. Not only do Ty hafan support the children but their families, as a family we felt that care and support. 

I've ran the London marathon 14 years ago for Ty hafan and this time it was another easy choice to raise the money for them. I'm 14 years older, unfit and 2 dodgy knees but the pain will be worth it to help such a fantastic charity.
