My Story

As many of you already know, I lost my Dad almost exactly one year ago (well, 1 Jan to be exact) to metastasized colon cancer.  Even at 92, he was a physical specimen....so, his cancer came as a surprise to me and my family. He was gone VERY quickly. That's the main reason I'm running this year - to raise money in his memory. However, there's a startling, more global statistic, that indicates 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I'd like to help to help to halt that trend, too...

So, after 6 years, I've decided to run the London Marathon, again and will be looking to raise for Cancer Research UK

Every single pound you choose to donate makes a difference, so if you could sponsor me on this run, I'd be grateful. Thanks for your support
