My Story

 I am running the London Marathon for Samaritans.

On the 2nd June 2021 our wonderful son, George took his own life without warning, our lives were  devastated and changed for ever. George was a caring, fun loving friend to many, who gave so much to others. If only he had reached out for help, things could have been so different today.

Last year everyone's generous donations raised enough for Samaritans to answer 6,267 potentially life saving calls for help, thank you for your support. Samaritans are available 24/7, answering 10,000 calls everyday and providing a safe place for anyone to talk. They undoubtedly, help prevent the needless loss of many young lives.
