My Story

Starting to run has been one of the best decisions I’ve made over the past few years. After a few years of personal struggles, I’ve found it so healing to be able to get out and run - clearing my head, helping me make new friends, being outside and listening to some (not so great) music!

With all this, I really want to give back and use my running to help others where possible. Cosmic is an incredible charity, supporting children and babies in intensive care, their families and the amazing staff who care for them. They use all funds to buy life-saving equipment, for on-site accommodation for parents, incubators for babies and for ground-breaking research to help prevent other children going through the same illnesses in the future.
