I am running the 2024 London Marathon with a passionate purpose: to raise funds and support for Dementia UK. This incredible charity holds a special place in my heart because of its unwavering dedication to improving the lives of individuals living with dementia, and their families.
In March 2021, my Nanna passed away after a long battle with dementia. Witnessing the profound impact this condition had on her and our family was a deeply emotional experience. By running the London Marathon and fundraising for Dementia UK, I hope to make a positive difference and honour my Nanna's memory by helping others facing the same struggles.
