My Story

I will be running the 2024 London marathon and raising funds for Phab!

'Giving is not just about making a donation. It is about making a difference'-Kathy Calvin

Phab inspires and supports disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults, to make more of life together - breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for all involved to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side.

Phab Clubs - There are around 130 Phab clubs over England and Wales, with 8,000 members, bring disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults together with friends and family for all kinds of activities and social events.

Phab residential adventures - These are held at fully accessible outdoor centres where everyone attending can participate in a wide variety of activities.  Everyone can build confidence, the self esteem, independence and learn new practical and personal skills, whilst making friends and having a huge amount of fun.
