My Story
Why I'm fundraising for Children with Cancer UK:
Two years ago my son became a cancer survivor, now he is 3yrs old. He completed 12 months of treatment, with excellent support from local charities. Just this week (Aug-2023) he had his 50th General Anaesthetic (GA) to carry out a routine MRI scan.
We have documented Mason's story, realistically through each step of our journey and with a touch of humour at times - because if you don't laugh you'll cry.
A small lump on Masons back took 8 weeks to fully diagnose, hopefully by supporting Children with Cancer research like this will improve future diagnoses.
