My Story

I'm very proud and fortunate to be representing Get A-head at the London Marathon this April. Few years later than it was originally meant to be happening...but we're finally on!! 

Now given some of my recent running exploits you're probably thinking, a marathon, that's a little easy for Neil! 

Well it's definitely not, having to adjust my training completely. From preparing to run for a very long time very slowly in the ultra marathons...to trying to find some sort of pace and keeping that pace going for 26.2 miles. That means much more focused and painful sessions once again. 

Any support you can provide will be gratefully appreciated by both myself and Get A-head. Helping them to assist and aid those suffering from head and neck diseases, especially cancer. With funds used for research, education and life changing equipment and support for individuals and medical professionals.
