My Story

Hi and thanks for visiting my London Marathon 2024 fundraising page which I have set up in aid of the YMCA.

My sister has worked for the YMCA for quite a few years and I have had the privilege to help out on a couple of occasions and see the amazing and valuable work that they do first hand.

In case you're not sure what they do, here are a couple of sentences I stole from their website that sums it up nicely.

"We are a leading youth homelessness charity, working alongside some of the most vulnerable people in our local community to help them grow. We believe every young person deserves a safe place to call home and the support they need to create lasting change in their lives."
