My Story

I have been given the opportunity to run the London Marathon on behalf of a charity that is very close to my family’s hearts. Young Lives Vs Cancer has given my Neice and her family some very important and precious moments with her young boy who was diagnosed at the age of 1. As I’m sure you can imagine, this has been a very difficult period for the family, so having a great charity like Young Lives Vs Cancer helping them with funding for things, such as weekend breaks away, has meant so much to them.

Having previously run in an event for this charity, I know how seriously they take it, and how much it means to them to try and help as many people as they possibly can. Young Lives vs Cancer are the charity that helps children and young people (0-25) and their families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. 

I am aiming to raise £2000 for this great charity, and if you can spare anything at all to help me achieve this, I would really appreciate it.
