My Story

In 2021 our family had the privilege of adopting our amazing dog Carlos (pictured with me!) from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. We're eternally grateful to Battersea for looking after Carlos in his time of need and for supporting so many others cats and dogs in need find the wonderful families they deserve. So, to say thank you and raise some money for this amazing cause, on 21st April I will be taking on the London Marathon.

It's estimated that there are approximately 100,000 homeless dogs in the UK waiting for a warm place to call home and Battersea has been doing an incredible job supporting these animals in need since 1860. In 2023 they rehomed nearly 3,500 animals across their three sites. Not only do they directly care for and rehome animals they also support thousands more through their Communities programme, campaigning work, supporting other rescue centres and work alongside animal welfare advocates.

I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible to support this amazing charity so they can continue their amazing work helping pets like Carlos. I'm hopeful that with the help of your donations Battersea will continue to unite many more cats and dogs in need with their forever families!

Thank you for visiting my page and thank you so much for any donations made I really appreciate it!
