My Story

The London Marathon has become an annual, inspiring and colourful fixture in the world’s sporting calendar since the inaugural race on 29 March 1981: a celebration of fun, fundraising and fancy dress.

I have wanted to take part for as long as I can remember and finally have a place. My chosen charity provide amazing support for blind veterans. We have witnessed this first hand through the support they continue to provide to my father in law Kev.  Every penny really does make a difference.
