🏃🏼‍♂️2024 TCS London Marathon 🦮

Firstly, THANK YOU for checking out my page; it means a huge amount! I can't quite believe I'm lucky enough to being running the epic London Marathon once more with the incredible #GuideDogs! 

Having run London previously in 2017, 2019 and the virtual marathon in 2020 (due to the pandemic), I didn't think I'd ever do it again... but here I am!

The Guide Dogs Charity have been incredible and I've witnessed first hand the wonderful work they do, as have most I'm sure; but it doesn't come cheap. Just a few pounds really can make a MASSIVE difference to someone experiencing any form of impaired vision. For example £8 could buy a collar for a working guide dog,  £26 could buy a white harness, the iconic symbol of a working guide dog and £50 could cover the cost of a guide dog’s visit to the vet.

The dogs are not just workers, they are family. It's why I'm so happy to run for them again 🦮🌈

I also want to find myself some personal motivation; and while I'll hopefully secure some pounds 💷, I hope to maybe lose some different pounds 😉 at the same time! I also want to continue to make my late Dad proud of me: he always wanted to run the London Marathon but never did 🌈🙏🏻

I promise to train the best I can and I'll also keep you posted with my progress on here and on the socials 🤳🏻 🏃🏼‍♂️👟👟
