My Story

LONDON MARATHON 2024

10 weeks away! 😳

After not being successful in the ballot, I have managed to secure a last minute charity spot for the iconic London Marathon. 

The London Marathon has become an annual, inspiring and colourful fixture in the world’s sporting calendar since the inaugural race on 29 March 1981: a celebration of fun, fundraising and fancy dress.

Even though I only have about ten weeks to train, and coming off the back of injury, I still accepted the opportunity with both hands as it’s been something I’ve wanted to complete since starting running in 2020. 

I will be raising money for WE ARE ALL MAKING A DIFFERENCE who help kids. Any donations will be hugely appreciated, they not only allow me the opportunity to run but also help make a difference to the lives of thousands of kids. Even £1 will help. No amount is too small. 

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the charity for not only the amazing work they do, but for giving me an opportunity to run in their name. It's an honour and I'm excited to represent.
