My Story

I sprained my ankle before the reaching the marathon start line last year, have since lost 4 stone, and now am back to finally conquer it on Sunday for an incredible charity.

Please help me finish strong and support an amazing charity!

I’m running the 2025 London Marathon for Global’s Make Some Noise, a charity that supports small, local organisations doing INCREDIBLE work for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

From food banks to mental health helplines, small charities are doing the hard work to support people in need, but they often lack the resources to provide the help that’s needed. That’s why Global’s Make Some Noise is supporting 100 such charities this year. They provide vital funding to organizations helping with everything from domestic violence support, carer services, community projects, employment programmes, and more.

This year has been a journey of personal transformation for me. After losing over 4 stone, I’m determined to take on the marathon challenge once more, especially after being forced to miss it last year when I sprained my ankle just three weeks before race day. But with renewed strength and focus, I’m back, ready to run, and raising funds for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.

I’m so proud to be a part of this effort. Any support you can offer will make a real difference.

No contribution is too small, and every penny counts! Thank you for helping me support those who need it most.
