My Story

Follow my training and progression towards the London Marathon in 2024 and help me raise money and awareness for Spinal Research!

So after I completed my 200k handbike challenge back in August I was using as a stepping stone towards this huge goal I’ve set myself. I will be working towards pushing the London Marathon in aid of spinal research. I will do my best to get myself there win or lose I’m going to give it a go!

I’m very lucky to have The Injured Jockeys Fund who are supporting me all the way with helping me through my training. This will be a huge help towards my training I’m very grateful for the support they are giving me.

Someone sustains a spinal cord injury every four hours in the UK. Living with an SCI often means a lifetime of health and care costs, as well as the threat of secondary healthcare complications.

Spinal Research is the UKs leading medical charity focused on the repair and restoration of the spinal cord, and we exist to beat paralysis.

Spinal Research do not receive governmental funding; all projects are funded by donations.

With your help, we can #BeatParalyis.
