My Story

I'll be wearing traditional Indian Clothes & Shoes for this year's London marathon, raising funds for Children with Cancer.

This year having done a podcast with a lady who ran last year's Manchester marathon wearing a sari, I decided that I will be running this years London Marathon, my 8th in total, dressed in Indian Male Dress, consisting of a Dohti (Indian skirt for men), a Nehru Jacket, and Sandals (Not so straightforward to run in). Hope to take fundraising to another level, and raise some good funds for Children with Cancer.

I have confirmation from Guinness World Records that if i beat a time of 4 hr and 30 minutes then this will be recognised as a world record for running a marathon in Indian Male Costume. Will give it a good shot.

Looking forward to the day, the occassion is always immense.

Please donate to a great cause, very close to my heart. Every donation, however small or large, means the world and helps to make a difference to any child and family who unfortunately goes through cancer.
