My Story

I'm running the 2024 TCS London Marathon for #TeamEnham to empower over 6,000 disabled people every year to live, work and enjoy life!  Your support will make a world of difference.

Enham Trust is a disability charity based in Andover, Hampshire, England. Over the last 100+ years, more than 250,000 disabled people from all walks of life have been supported and empowered to live, work, and enjoy life...their way!Whether it's through community and wellbeing sports and activities, supported employment in Enham's social enterprises, or the independence of an accessible home, Enham Trust are determined that disability will never act as a barrier to leading a full life.

Me, my husband and Son moved to Andover in 2016. We live in close proximity to Enham Alemein. We came across the village on one of our first walks and were delighted to discover a Post Office and Shop, Teashop and Charity Shop that we could visit locally. We spoke with the locals and they told us all about the history of the village and that Enham Trust is a charity that supports disabled people to live work and enjoy life in the area. When we moved to Andover we didnt know a single person which was quite daunting. We knew very quickly that we made a great decision about where we had moved as we were made to feel so welcome to the area.

I call this patch of land my home and I couldn't think of a better way to repay them all for their kindness than giving something back to them for making our lives so happy here.

Please show your support and give disabled people the opportunities they deserve.  Thank you so much!
